STRATEGIC PROJECT PLAN & SITE SURVEY

Every project begins with understanding. Our design team collaborates closely with the client to define the project brief-whether residential or commercial - assessing the site's potential, spatial constraints, feasibility, and overarching design vision.
Through meticulous surveys, planning analysis, and budget and timeline alignment, this stage forms the foundation for an informed and inspired design journey.

PRELIMINARY DESIGN & PLANNING APPLICATION

In this phase, ideas start to take shape. We develop initial design concepts, provide planning advice, and prepare all necessary documentation for the planning application process. From straightforward proposals to complex architectural schemes, our goal is to translate vision into feasible design frameworks that align with both creative intent and regulatory requirements

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

This is where structure meets imagination. Our team refines the architectural concept into detailed technical drawings, integrating structural and mechanical systems, landscape design, and coordination with specialized consultants and suppliers. Each decision is made to balance design integrity with buildability, ensuring the project's execution is as strong as its vision.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The final layer of design brings the project to life. From concept to technical detailing, we curate interior schemes that reflect both character and functionality. This includes mood boards, finishes and sample representations, FF&E selections, and bespoke joinery and kitchen design. Every texture, tone, and proportion is carefully considered to create a cohesive and emotionally resonant environment.

PRE-BUILD PREPARATIONS

Before construction begins, our team develops the full set of construction drawings and technical specifications. We prepare detailed scope of works, contract documents, and project pricing to ensure transparency and alignment across all parties. This stage sets the framework for a well-orchestrated build, where every detail is anticipated before the first foundation is laid.

THE BUILD

With design integrity guiding every decision, our construction team oversees all aspects of the build- from site management and administration to daily supervision and quality control. We are fully present on site, ensuring craftsmanship, precision, and the faithful realization of the design vision.

Our in-house project management team coordinates all moving parts-tracking progress, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the procurement of finishes, fixtures, and bespoke joinery. This integrated process allows us to maintain control, consistency, and design fidelity across every stage of execution.

HANDOVER & AFTERCARE

Completion is not the end, but a continuation of care. At project handover, we provide a comprehensive report including as-built drawings, warranties, and guarantees. Our aftercare and defects liability management ensure that every project remains supported, refined, and beautifully maintained long after completion.
